Who I Treat
Individual Therapy
If you’re feeling stuck and are ready for change, individual therapy can help you heal, move forward, and live a more fulfilling life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, therapy provides a supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and self-compassion. Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns, access your innate resilience, and develop tools to help you feel more confident and connected in your daily life.
Couples Therapy
If you’re struggling and feeling disconnected in your relationship, couples therapy can help bring awareness to unhelpful patterns and create space for meaningful change. Through compassionate exploration and practical tools, you and your partner can reconnect, strengthen communication, and cultivate a greater sense of emotional security and support. Together, we’ll work toward fostering greater intimacy, trust, and a deeper sense of wholeness in your relationship.
What I Treat
Diagnoses can be helpful tools, in that they help us make sense out of our experiences, put a name to our struggles, and remind us that we’re not alone. However, they can be limiting too. For many, receiving a diagnosis can feel like a life sentence (“I am depressed” versus “I am struggling with depression right now”). I don’t believe in defining a person by what they struggle with, and that’s not how I approach this work. I believe that therapy helps us to accept the parts of ourselves that struggle so that we can have greater access to the parts of ourselves that allow us to thrive.

Anxiety
Do you want to open up to life but feel paralyzed by worries? Anxiety can creep into our lives in an attempt to protect ourselves from perceived danger. That’s really adaptive when there’s an actual threat, but not so helpful when our minds are caught in racing thoughts about hypothetical future scenarios. If anxiety is getting in the way of your life, let’s work together to witness these feelings of overwhelm and find different ways to relate and cope with them.

Life transitions & adjustments
Life transitions are a natural part of life, but even the most exciting ones can also be stressful. If you’ve recently experienced a change or adjustment in your life, and are feeling overwhelmed by it’s impact, we can work together to cope with these challenges.
