Couples Therapy

If you’re struggling and feeling disconnected in your relationship, couples therapy can bring awareness and change to unhealthy patterns.  You and your partner can learn to reconnect and find wholeness in your relationship. 

What  I  treat

Diagnoses can be helpful tools, in that they help us make sense out of our experiences, put a name to our struggles and remind us that we’re not alone. However, they can limiting too.  For many, receiving a diagnosis can feel like a life sentence (“I am depressed” versus “I am struggling with depression right now”).  I don’t believe in defining a person by what they struggle with, and that’s not how I approach this work.  I believe that therapy helps us to accept the parts of ourselves that struggle so that we can have greater access to the parts of ourselves that allow us to thrive.
